An intimaton is giving to you for proper enquiry over the issue ,so that the real fact will comes out of which it will be crystal clear that aperson in indivisual by producing a fake certificate obtained service in central govt.Under BSNL which is obhiously illegal. Fact that Swapan Kr Halder s/o-late Ashutosh @Nandalal Halder of village-sripur,p.o-sripur bazar,p.s-balagarh,dist-hooghly,pin-712514,state-west Bengal.who got service and working at Chinsura BSNL Telephone Exchange by submitting a fabricated and forged documents of education certificate.in general rules aperson obtain service by producing forge documents should be dismantled from the service and criminal steps should be start.here is this case so many complaint thou lodge but no effect. I submit documents in his school certificate issued by the head master of Balagarh High School but BSNL authority(GM(HR&ADMN))not to be taken punishment yet about 14(fourteen)months.Department knows but sitting in a deaf years because past time he is a union delegates so union is protecting the person. hence,prayed that your honour will be kind enough to take steps according to law in a confidencial manner and appropriate step be taken over the issue .action to be taken as soon as possible because he retaired inJULY2015. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 1.187.224.89 (talk) 14:22, 2 January 2015 (UTC)
