Area

The previous area estimate was not in the right order of magnitude, despite the fact that it came from official documentation. The estimate I have provided comes from the total BTNR plus CCNR area in the reference I've provided, subtracting that of BTNR.Ordinary Person (talk) 08:56, 4 September 2011 (UTC)

Undiscussed redirect

I have reverted the redirection of this article as it was not discussed. The scope of this article is very clearly about the nature reserve in the centre of Singapore and not about the Urban Planning Area called "Central Water Catchment". --Lemongirl942 (talk) 01:22, 26 May 2016 (UTC)

@MageLam: I undid this edit. Please explain why you continue to do this. The lead about the reserve is fine. What exactly is wrong here? Also you are repeatedly removing the names in the other languages. --Lemongirl942 (talk) 06:20, 26 May 2016 (UTC)

@Lemongirl942: Copying and pasting the exact same content is not advisable, I suggest the introduction be changed. The languages that were removed were unintentional, I failed to notice those from my previous edits. -- MageLam (talk) 06:24, 26 May 2016 (UTC)

MageLam I understand. But the lead for this article is appropriate as this is a nature reservere (and the lead largely restricts itself to a nature reserve). There will be some overlapping of course, but we can't avoid that (and it is OK). For the water catchment area, you could slightly change the lead to mentioning about the planning area functions or the PUB's water catchment function. --Lemongirl942 (talk) 06:41, 26 May 2016 (UTC)
