In that case, then, you should review and follow the procedures outlined in the second bullet of the notice currently appearing on the article with regard to copyright, if your intent is to release the copyright. Also, I don't have any reason to believe that you're trying to create this article for gain, since you're associated with an education institution, however you may want to review WP:COI to ensure that you're comfortable that you're onside of it. If someone comes across the article and questions its notability, the fact that it was created by someone associated with the subject of the article will likely be raised as part of the discussion. Sure thing, I had previously sent the note to the email listed earlier today. With respect to COI, as you stated there is no aspiration of monetary gains. Since the CCR is a research institute we thought patients may be interested to learn more about the work and history of the center as well as linking to other related articles on Wikipedia. --Ccr UCSF (talk) 23:02, 25 September 2008 (UTC)

As permission has not yet been verified, I have provided a new overview that does not infringe on the external site. When the permission letter is received and processed, it may be restored. With respect to WP:COI editing, let me note that on Wikipedia COI does not necessarily stem from monetary ambition. It relates to a bias towards or against a subject that may make it more difficult for an editor to approach the matter neutrally. I see nothing non-neutral in the article, but as I've tagged, we do need additional sources unrelated to the organization. Primary sources are insufficient to establish notability. I have added addition external sources that should help prove the legitimacy of this page. We are only looking to provide a information for patients that are researching for information on these diseases.
