Release Dates

Some of Celine's early career albums have specific release dates from the official Quebec Info Musique website. If you speak French you can verify that her first 2 albums were released simultaneously on November 12, 1981. Check the following link as a source (http://www.quebec-info-musique.com/artistes/biographie.asp?artistid=153). The Passion Celine Dion book/site had a lot of wrong information... A LOT! Also this book is not complete and doesn't show the early singles chart info as detailed on the Quebec Info Musique site I mentionned earlier. Where on earth did that figure come from? Even her website claims about 175 million records. Dion has not sold 50 million singles, nor has she sold 180 million albums. Please cite your sources. Oran e (t) (c) (e) 02:57, 1 May 2006 (UTC)

celine has sold 180.5 million albums so far (she sold 175 million by August 2004 where she received the diamond award at the wma for it). also she has sold approximately 45 million singles so this should add up to 225 million records.

I think we should have citations for Celine Dion's worlwide sales if you look at both the Madonna and Mariah Carey and most discographies they have sources and this one does not.
