Lord Burghley is William Cecil edit

It's confusing that it's not explicitly established that Lord Burghley is William Cecil, and one only finds this out by clicking on the Lord Burghley link in the "Exeter House" section. 69.113.151.63 (talk) 22:57, 14 April 2019 (UTC)corphoReply

A motte? edit

The description of "a mount with a spiral footpath to the top" is so redolent of a motte mound (as in a motte-and-bailey structure) that I'm suspicious someone may have missed the possibility that the Ald Wiche - the last occupied part of London after the Romans departed, when the population was a couple of hundred at best - could have had its own defense. This is purely hypothetical, but might be mentioned here so some OR can be done to establish some better knowledge of the facts.
