Cartesian doubt? edit

Is Cartesian skepticism the same as Cartesian doubt? If anyone is sure that it is, would you please add this to the "frequently referred to as..."? Thank you. Karen 16:20, 23 March 2007 (UTC)KarenReply

Criticism edit

I think there should be a section on the criticisms of cartesian skepticism but I don't know too much on the subject so I didn't put in a section myself. Just an idea I wanted to throw out there for anyone who knows more on the topic. Rayana fazli 20:09, 28 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

Merge with Pyrrhonism? edit

The philosophies are almost completely identical. Each one tests the basis of common belief and falls back upon the only thing that is self-evident, "Cogito, ergo sum" or "I think therefore I am." —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.59.224.95 (talk) 22:46, 1 April 2009 (UTC)Reply

Saving edit

I don't know if we want to save this article but I will be making some edits. I have made some initial edits already but will go back through to add citations in the near future. Frayr (talk) 23:04, 29 July 2009 (UTC)Reply
