Talk:Carl Gustaf von Rosen

Latest comment: 6 years ago by InternetArchiveBot in topic External links modified

There is something wrong in the story here. C.G. von Rosens dutch wife Johanna (Hanny) Franciena Krijgsman lived until 1949, therefore she can't have died during the war. In fact they divorced in 1943. According to the Swedish national archives he did not fly for the KLM after participating in the Winter War in Finland. He went to the ABA in Sweden and sometimes flew into Berlin. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 134.25.0.196 (talk) 15:09, 29 July 2013 (UTC)Reply

I have known for a while that the original information in this article (for which I was partly responsible, I'm afraid) was not entirely correct, based as it was on my recollection of a radio documentary about count von Rosen. I have now read Heli von Rosen's book about Carl Gustav von Rosen, but upon returning here to correct the previous entry, I am pleasantly surprised that she and others did the job for me. Thank you and my apologies for the previous misinformation. Paaskynen (talk) 11:45, 7 July 2015 (UTC)Reply
