Too long and without sources edit
Hi all,
This article seems to contain a lot of information that seems peripheral, such as the long list of cases Baudenbacher has been involved with in the EFTA Court without any context for why they were significant, the long list of colleges he has been invited to give lectures at, and the extremely long list of publications under the somewhat misleading heading "Significant publications".
There is only one source listed, an op-ed written by the article subject himself. The citation pratice generally seems woefully inadequate, with several sources simply appearing in parentheses without any context (for instance under "Judiciary", where there is a direct quotation and then the name of the person supposedly having written it, without any specification of where or when). Furthermore, the reference to Dagens Næringsliv 16 April 2011 neglects to mention that the title "Kong Carl av EØS" is a tongue-in-cheeck reference to the Norwegian judicial community's mostly negative view of Baudenbacher, though it is fair to say that it underlines the point that he was in a powerful position as a judge on the EFTA Court.
Under the heading "Judiciary" there seems to be a long digression into the role of the EFTA Court, which has no place in this context and seems to reflect the position of the article's subject, again without any references.
