How can one die in the practice for the 1964 German Grand Prix and still be listed in the following four Grand Prix'?

It's WP:F1 convention to show all the World Championship rounds for the year in the results table, including those in which the driver didn't participate - the rounds in which the driver did participate are identified by having a background colour and a result shown. De Beaufort's results table indicates that he participated in two rounds of the 1964 World Championship - the Dutch and German rounds (although of course in the German round he didn't actually start the race, having been killed in practice).
