What does "managed care" have to do with Canada? edit
The paragraph beginning "The mixed system in the United States has become more similar to the Canadian system." then goes on to discuss "managed care", which seems to suggest that managed care is a feature of Canadian health care systems. It strikes me as a non-sequiteur; the article on managed care is all about the US health care system, nothing to do with Canadian health care, so not sure why this paragraph is there at all?
