According to Matthews, Tony (1995). Birmingham City: A Complete Record. Derby: Breedon Books. ISBN978-1-85983-010-9., Cammie Fraser is the son of a William Fraser who played for Aldershot and Northampton. Bill Fraser (footballer)did play for both these clubs, and he would have been 33 when Cammie was born, which is reasonable, but there's no source to specifically confirm him as Cammie's father.
