Peterborough Volunteer Fire Brigade edit

Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue Service has a volunteer fire station; not a voluntary fire brigade. There is no link on Cambs webpage to verify this. The only link is from a newspaper link. Any thoughts?Squirrel684 (talk) 18:46, 25 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

Er, yes actually. Firstly, a newspaper is a reliable published source (the threshold for inclusion is verifiability, not veracity); and secondly, the website (if you read it) confirms that Peterborough does in fact have a volunteer fire brigade, not just a volunteer fire station. Variable edit

Cambs website makes no mention of "Variable" crewing. Only reference I can find refers to Day Crewing - over a 5 day and 7 day basis. http://www.cambsfire.gov.uk/about/firestations.php Squirrel684 (talk) 17:08, 9 April 2009 (UTC)Reply

My mistake; now reverted. Chrisieboy (talk) 17:26, 9 April 2009 (UTC)Reply
