NO RELIABLE SOURCE FOR A GENERAL APPROVAL edit

No reliable source has been cited to support the claim that the name change had a generally positive response from alumni. A footnote to Cairn University's website is not a reliable source for such a claim, which would be self-serving. (EnochBethany (talk) 02:24, 5 February 2013 (UTC))Reply

The Claim that Indicates that the change added more integrated Bible into other subject is deleted edit

I deleted the claim that along with a drop in required Bible hours, the integration of Bible into non-bible subjects was increased. The claim has no reliable secondary source cite; it is based on a citation from a primary source, institutional claim; possibly propaganda. (EnochBethany (talk) 16:55, 29 June 2015 (UTC))Reply

Blacklisted Links Found on Cairn University edit

Cyberbot II has detected links on Cairn University which have been added to the blacklist, either globally or locally. Links tend to be blacklisted because they have a history of being spammed or are highly inappropriate for Wikipedia. Cairn Is An Accredited University with State Approval for "University" name edit

I deleted the libelous claim on this talk page that Cairn was not a university by some alleged European standard. Cairn received permission for the designation "university" from the State of Pennsylvania and has accreditation from the Middle States Commission on Higher Education, its regional accrediting agency (in addition to other accreditations viewable on its website). Even when Cairn was (Middle States accredited) Philadelphia College of Bible, a student who graduated from PCB could enter the Ph.D. program at the University of Manchester in England, just for one example of which I am aware.
