- César Eduardo Rodríguez → César Rodríguez (footballer, born 1967)
- César Rodríguez Álvarez → César Rodríguez (footballer, born 1920)
– WP:COMMONNAME for both omits maternal surname, so disambiguate to standard for footballers. The Spanish footballer is better known as just "César" but also uses paternal surname on important references, see here: Barcelona Profile, and National-Football-Teams Profile Ortizesp (talk) 17:21, 4 July 2020 (UTC)
- Support per nomination. Not WP:NATURALDIS since media reports as well as sports and team databases do not list these two men with middle names or maternal surnames. —Roman Spinner (talk • contribs) 17:53, 4 July 2020 (UTC)
