Ownership dispute

Is the ownership dispute really relevant to this page? I tried to edit it to reflect both sides of the story as depicted by public sources, WikiPedia is no place for biased material, but am unsure that it belongs in the page at all.

Completion Time

There is a plague outside the tunnel which states that it took him 38 years to complete the tunnel. Why then do people here on wikipedia insist on writing 32 years? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 93.162.73.46 (talk) 08:45, 18 May 2014 (UTC)
