Buenos Aires 100 Kilómetros → Buenos Aires 100 km – This seems to be WP:COMMONNAME in English, which could be read both in English and in Spanish. Since English-language sources use both lowercase km and uppercase Km, correct capitalization in Spanish (sentence case) per MOS:FOREIGNTITLE should be used.
