This seems (still), to be a blatant advertorial for the BSL; an organisation that has been surrounded by controversy over the last twenty years, particularly about its real-estate ethics in Melbourne. Can I get a hand in fixing the article to get a more balanced view. It's definitely true that the page is written as advertorial content. I've at least slapped a {{Third-party}} tag up at the top as a start. Though I hate tagging and leaving, I may have to leave it at that for now since I've not found any good summary references describing the controversies in an initial search.
