The 'Full case name' was given as 'Carlill v. Carbolic Smoke Ball Company'. This is so unlikely to be correct that I have changed it to 'Brogden v. Metropolitan Railway Company' even though this is redundant. Lovingboth (talk) 11:45, 19 September 2008 (UTC)
