Time to drop the "application status"

"According to its website, as of August 2010 Breyer State University had applied to the California Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education for approval to operate in California.[7] "

Isn't it time to drop this from the main article? The Bureau has been through many many cycles of approving schools since August 2010, and its no surprise that they have not been approved.
