Expansion of article edit
I feel this article would work better as one that covers all employees working at coal breakers, with a subsection on the use of child labour. --Eldomtom2 (talk) 19:31, 22 January 2021 (UTC)
Breaker Boys edit
Breaker boys still worked in mines around Pottsville PA into the 1930’s. Both my father and uncle were working as breaker boys when they were 9 and 10 years old in 1933. They both went into the mines full-time by age 12 and 13. So I disagree with the statement that this practice ended in the 1920’s. 108.51.191.112 (talk) 03:39, 20 December 2023 (UTC)
