Fair use rationale for Image:Psb-logo.jpg edit

Image:Psb-logo.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 04:24, 6 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Ciro Gomes edit

Page says: "Ciro Gomes joined the PSB in 2003, and will likely be the PSB's candidate in the 2010 election." Ciro will not run for Prez in 2010, and is politically dead. 201.80.197.233 (talk) 19:01, 4 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

Ideology edit

Although some populism, nationalism and economic interventionism can be found in the majority parties of brazilian political environment, PSB is not specially interventionist, nationalist or populist. PSB is a progressive, social democratic and democratic left party like SPD in Germany or the Italian PD. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 201.17.79.30 (talk) 18:13, 4 September 2019 (UTC)Reply

Split request 10 October 2022 edit

The First PSB and the Second PSB are two different parties with no political connection (Pomchi-Inu87 (talk) 12:34, 10 October 2022 (UTC))Reply

The article says that the second party was organized under the manifesto of the first party. Is that not correct?   –Skywatcher68 (talk) 14:56, 9 June 2023 (UTC)Reply
The article is very short. I've added a expand from Spanish template. The Spanish section has a section named "Refundación de 2019 y Actualidad" (2019 Refoundation of and Present). Google Translate translates some of that section to:
"In 2019, six district parties, some of them founders of the historic PDN, obtained recognition as a national party under the name "Democratic Party", although it also officially presents itself as the National Democratic Party. The six district parties that are members of the PD are the Democratic Party of Córdoba , the Democratic Party of Mendoza , which gathers 90% of the total affiliates, the Democratic Party of San Luis, the Democratic Party of Buenos Aires, the Democratic Party of the Capital Federal and the Chaco Democratic Party .  He was elected on December 14, 2019 Carlos Balter as president of the party, being the first president of the National Democratic Party since the departure of Reynaldo Pastor in 1951" Marginataen (talk) 16:04, 9 June 2023 (UTC)Reply
Support The two parties, though sharing a name and manifesto, occupy different electoral eras in Brazilian politics and someone researching the topic would benefit from distinct articles for the two. R. J. Dockery (talk) 18:36, 5 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
  • Support. Two articles are surely needed, for the reasons provided by the proponent. --Checco (talk) 20:38, 10 June 2023 (UTC)Reply
