The information under Cost Approach and Market Approach are completely wrong. Those sections are describing real estate valuation which is not relevant at all to brand valuation. —Rayne Lee (talk) 02:44, 10 July 2020 (UTC)Reply

I agree that the information under Market Approach needs to be changed, when I was searching for the source for it I came across a document that I believed the information came from and it was about real estate valuation.
