Applications in multiple fields edit

This entry could benefit from adding examples and applications in multiple fields. The current examples were just citations of work that use the concept boundary-work. I added the toofewopinions template because this article only focuses on Gieryn's original concept, and completely ignores the way boundary-work is used in multiple fields.
