Thanks, I was looking for details in conjunction with spanish smokers being forced onto the streets (1.1.2011), and found all that I needed and more on the topic. It is well written and referenced, and contains apparently balanced information. The lack of corrections suggests that there is little to improve. This comment is to document that at least one reader finds that the article should be reclassified from "questionable" to "valuable". If you want me to be critical, the biggest problem seems to be that the content is not consistent with the Wikipedia article in the language of origin. In fact, this is widespread for cultural and geographical articles, so such a topic would need addressing at a general level.
