Picture edit

The picture accompanying this article shows a watery, yellowish sauce. The picture's caption should make it clear that this is not the kind of Bordelaise Sauce that is associated with Bordeaux, France; that sauce is made with red wine and demi-glace, to produce a thick, dark brown liquid.
