Assessment, stub class for now

I assessed this as a low-importance article for the Wikiproject Musical Instruments, low being where I put instruments that are not widely known or are somewhat obscure. Comparison to other pipes

I just edited this article because the boha was said to be especially similar to the Istrian mih. The most accurate analog, however, are the contra-chanter bagpipes of western Hungary and southern Slovakia. The mih does have a double chanter, but is much more like tulum, with multiple melodic finger holes on both bores. Both the boha and the Pannonian bagpipes, by contrast, use the second bore in a harmonic/rhythmic function based on alternation between the tonic and dominant. Therefore it cannot really be claimed that it is most like like the Istrian mih. One of the theories (which I can't source since I read about it so long ago), is that this type of bagpipe appeared based on a documented request from the King of France (Charles VII) to King Matthias of Hungary in the 15th century to send Hungarian pipers to the French court. How likely that particular theory may be I cannot assess, but if someone versed in bagpipes were to find just the chanter of a boha with no other knowledge about it, the most likely conclusion would be that it was from the northern Pannonian Plain, not from Croatia.
