Major cities accessed by road

Is it really true that no major Brazilian cities can be accessed by road? It seems that there are commercial buses available to Manaus. Perhaps the wording is misleading and should be changed to reflect that there are not direct highways between Boa Vista and other major Brazilian cities. 2601:244:4000:2FD0:C5A6:73D:8AEB:6CCE (talk) 22:49, 28 December 2016 (UTC)
