Can I install any application designed for windows CE or Windows Mobile on the device?

Can I use an SDK from other OS than Windows?

Can I install a different version of the OS, or a completely different OS on the hardware?

Is Blue&Me hardware/software optional? Can I choose not to buy the software or the hardware of it? (Just like buying a computer without windows preinstalled and save money)

Is there an API for other software to use the data?
