I don't understand this

"...Falcon Neue Medien which had obtained a licence to release it only in that country. Neither Madonna nor Warner Bros. Records authorized the release."

If this DVD was released without approval of Warner and Madonna (as the article says), where they get the license?? I think this DVD is illegal.--88marcus (talk) 00:48, 8 August 2016 (UTC)
