Context

while admitting that the basic thrust of the article relates to Scotus and double jeopardy, I think that a significant proportion of readers would like to see a little more of the facts in the case. I get the feeling that block burger was a pharmacist or some other medical professional guilty of largely procedural offenses. but the article doesn't say; he may have been a street pusher.
