Heraldry translation

The current heraldic description of the coat-of-arms was translated from the version presented on the French version of the page. I had hesitated to do this myself, as I feared that a word-for-word translation (which is what has been done) would not be able to capture the detailed heraldic meaning.

I copy over the original French text here: " Coupé d'or à un chien contourné d'azur lampassé de gueules colleté du champ, et aussi de gueules à un pont de trois arches d'argent maçonné de sable. "
