MSHA Sampling for Black Lung

As noted in Title 30 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70: "Mandatory Health Standards--Underground Coal Mines," The Mine Health and Safety Administration is taking steps to monitor and reduce miners' exposure to coal dust. Would be nice to see that reflected in the article. Lay expert.

Does this really need a citation tag? Id be happier seeing it removed. Simply because, well, being a lay expert would basically require no one to have deemed you an actual expert, which by definition would mean theres no source to it. • Support. WP:MEDTITLE emphasizes that the scientific or recognised medical name should be preferred to colloquial names. I checked Google Scholar results (2010–present) for "black lung" disease and coalworker's pneumoconiosis and obtained comparable numbers for each; given that there's no clear common name among the scholarly sources, I think it's best to use the general-usage WP:COMMONNAME as the tiebreaking factor.
