Incorrect reference in David Ketterer's review of Black Easter

In p261, note 5, of The Missouri Review, Vol 7, number 2 of 1984, David Ketterer has a comment on the names of characters in "Black Easter"

In the comment he says that Ted White wrote a review of "Black Easter" in Amazing Stories ( Amazing Stories Jan 1970 p 122). In this review Ted White posits that the Baines character is a reference to President Lyndon Baines Johnson. "Baines is a caricature (even his name points to this fact: the middle name of a President most doctrinaire Liberals despise as a war-monger)" p 123

Ketterer then goes on to say in his note that Blish wrote a reply to this letter (Amazing Stories, July 1970 p137-138. This is incorrect, Blish letter in reply to White's review is actually in Amazing Stories, January 1971 p116) that scotches this interpretation of Baines as LBJ. I have read this letter in the Amazing Stories issue of Jan 1971 and while Blish disagrees strongly with Ted White's revue, he makes no assertion or reference to Baines as LBJ. Therefore, part of Ketterer's note is incorrect.

This note by Ketterer on the names in Black Easter being references to living people also appears a little changed in "Imprisoned in a Tesseract" by David Ketterer. On page 363 note 18 this note says that a post from Blish in Amazing Stories July 1970 p 137-138 where Blish "scotches" this interpretation of BAINES as LBJ. I have obtained and read the Amazing Stories, July 1970. There is no letter from Blish on p137-178, or any letter from him in the issue. This is an example where the normally erudite Ketterer has mixed up his references. The letter of Blish is actually in the Amazing Stories January 1971 edition and it does not mention BAINES as LBJ at all.

This is a comment about a different aspect of this page. I can't seem to start a talk discussion with another subject line. There needs to be a statement here somewhere that the term "Black Easter" can also refer to the Lincoln Assassination. He was shot on Good Friday and for several generations that Easter weekend was referred to as Black Easter. There has even been a fairly recent book on the assassination with this title: Amazon.com: Black Easter the Assassination of Abraham Lincoln : Movies & TV n8vz (talk) 23:06, 11 April 2023 (UTC)

Need disambiguation

There needs to be a statement here somewhere that the term "Black Easter" can also refer to the Lincoln Assassination. He was shot on Good Friday and for several generations that Easter weekend was referred to as Black Easter.
