Merge with Black Earth, Wisconsin edit

Hello all- Something looks to be amiss here. The article Black Earth, Wisconsin describes a village within the town described in this article. Besides the obvious issue with the name, the population for the village is given as almost three times that of the town in which it is said to be located. It looks like the two articles should be merged. Eric talk 03:41, 2 February 2020 (UTC)Reply
