I have added lists of participating unions in Australia.

There is still a lot of red showing, possibly because Lockwood used well known shorthands for Union names, and possibly because of later name changes. I am hoping someone else will take a look at these and find the appropriate home for the red (and the blue).
Other references eg newspaper sources, whatever, would be great for the list of countries where boycotts were imposed.
I don't know how to incorporate Lockwood's comment (p.319) "Assistance to the Dutch war in Indonesia was prohibited in the Soviet Union and associated countries at government level."

The article listed Holland (which is both a constituent part of the Netherlands as well as an alternate name for the Netherlands used in English speaking countries) as a country that boycotted the Netherlands as a result of its attempt to recolonize Indonesia. That is ludicrous, it's like saying Florida boycotts the USA for invading Afghanistan or something similar. Florida is a part of the USA. 90.145.49.10 (talk) 12:08, 15 August 2022 (UTC)Reply

These aren't countries (i.e. governments/state entities) enacting the boycotts on Dutch shipping, so this isn't referring to the Kingdom of the Netherlands (or part of it) boycotting itself—the list is of countries where boycotts were enacted by trade unions, so as outlined in Lockwood's book, and in news stories like Boycott by Unionists in Holland, boycotts did occur within Holland related to the Australian ones. --Canley (talk) 01:32, 16 August 2022 (UTC)Reply
