This page should not be speedy deleted because... The article makes sense and references important information that is tangential to black appeal radio. The topic should certainly have an entry and people should contribute more to this topic. Black appeal radio was key in the civil rights movement and someone needs to write about that. It certainly wasn't necessarily related to Top 40 in all of its varieties.
