See is vacant until installation of Cushley edit

Per Canon Law, and not personal opinion, the see of St. Andrews and Edinburgh is vacant until the episcopal consecration and installation of the new archbishop. Cushley is currently a priest, and it is in reality impossible for him to have jurisdiction or power for an office he does not hold. Therefore, I have tagged this article {{crystal}} because I do not wish to edit war. Elizium23 (talk) 17:01, 25 July 2013 (UTC)Reply
