Unitary authority edit

Bishop Norton is not a part of a unitary authority, rather it is under a district council (West Lindsey) and a county council (Lincolnshire)

This page suggests that WL is a UA, which is wrong, but I do not know where to look for the syntax for changing it. Welbecklincs (talk)
