Unfortunately, the primary issue mentioned in Talk:Bir el Qutt inscriptions/GA1 looks to be unchanged. This article is mostly lead, with no body to summarise, which immediately does not meet WP:LEAD. Compare for example CIL 4.5296 and Papyrus Oxyrhynchus 581. There appear to be quite a few good sources, and creating body sections would allow for further detail and information to be incorporated outside of the tight lead constraints. The rewrite needed for this would also help demonstrate broadness, which was brought into question in the last review. Such a rewrite is substantial work, not likely to be a seven day task, so as in GA1 I would advise working this into a fuller article in time and building upon the useful sources included here already.
