God of War?

In the pop culture references section, a bit of info points toward the PS2 video game God of War as a reference. However, I would think moreso that the creatures were just drawn from Greek and Roman mythology, in which case both this movie and God of War have the same SOURCE rather than one referencing the other.

Just a thought.

Kraken NOT a reference to Pirates of the Carribean 2

People keep adding trivia claiming that the kraken is a reference to PotC2, but this is not the case...Here's a direct quote from Maxwell Atoms...

Billybot and Mandroid

What makes Billybot and Mandroid relative to C3PO and R2D2? Personally, I think they are supposed to reference Bill and Teds Bogus adventure, where evil Bill and Ted robots are sent back from the future. This seems to make a closer comparison than the current one on the page.

i think that billybots chestplate looks like R2-D2's.

If you can't improve an article, don't harm it. The correct response to a trivia section is to place the trivia template asking for the information to be merged into the body. Destroying the information does not help the goal of an encyclopedia publisher to inform. From the trivia sections page named above:

There are a number of pervasive misunderstandings about this guideline and the course of action it suggests: This guideline does not suggest removing trivia sections, or moving them to the talk page. - If information is otherwise suitable, it is better that it be poorly presented than not presented at all.... - This guideline does not attempt to address the issue of what information is included or not — only how it is organized.

Redirectory

Needs content or delete

Wikipedia is not a directory. I came here to find out what MBBA is. I was redirected to a list of episodes and airdates. I am just as uninformed as when I arrived. If noone cares enough about this show or movie or whatever the heck it is to give it a one sentence description then both articles should be deleted.--24.6.198.12 00:12, 4 November 2007 (UTC)

• I agree. Why is this article being redirected to a list? Seriously. It's completely unhelpful. That list is for episodes/shorts because they do not need individual pages, but movies should really have their own articles, TV show or not.

Also, I have seen "Redirected per discussion" and "See the list page" in the history. Where is this agreement? It was only agreed that the episodes should be redirected - nothing was said about the movie and as far as I can tell, nobody is happy with this as they keep reverting the edits. This redirect is virtually useless and not wanted. Who agrees with me? *Still Calico 23:02, 4 November 2007 (UTC)
