Major Inaccuarcy edit
This article says Ratliff was Lieutenant Governor of Texas. That's incorrect, Ratliff served as President of the Texas Senate while the Lieutenatn governorship was 'vacant' from 2000 to 2003. GoodDay (talk) 22:49, 21 January 2008 (UTC)
