Most common Enterprise edit

The article states that the BV "is the most common form or enterprise in the Netherlands". This isn't true. The most common form of enterprise in the Netherlands is the Sole Proprietor, or "eenmanszaak" in Dutch. -- 16:23, 13 September 2008 Mecanita

BVBA edit

Is the Belgian Besloten Vennootschap met Beperkte Aansprakelijkheid equivalent to a BV? --Gavin Collins (talk) 11:28, 17 February 2009 (UTC)Reply

The bvba is similar but not identical. The NV in Belgium is less cumbersome than the Dutch equivalent (no supervisory board, etc.) and is therefore more attractive to entrepreneurs. Everybody got to be somewhere! (talk) 21:52, 28 December 2013 (UTC)Reply
