Cross of Lorraine

I guess this one would need a reference but I presume that the presence of the cross of Lorraine is due to its appearance in the former national coat of arms of Belarus, the Pahonia. This seems probable given that the horizontal band in the fleur-de-lys uses colours of the now illegalized white-red-white flag. Valentinian ^{T / C} 05:57, 22 August 2007 (UTC)

Presentation of the organisation

English: Belarusian scout association (BSA) is an independent non-profit organization of children, youth and adults, without any limits of birth and race, sex and religion. BSA was learnt from traditions of world scout movement and in fact from belarusian scout troops and Belarusian scout association abroad (BSAA) (1945 - 1951, Germany). Belarusian scout association was founded in 1991 by small group of people from different cities. First meeting of new organization was held in March, 1992 and BSA was officially registered in August, 1992 as an republican organization in the Ministry of Justice of thr Republic of Belarus. Main aim of our organization is to help younger generation in intellectual, social and physical development; in spiritual development on the based Christian religion; participation in world scout movement and integration in World Scout Organization. Now we have up to 1500 members in all parts of the Republic of Belarus.

Second language: Аб`яднанне Беларускiх Скаўтаў (АБС) - незалежная маладзёжная арганiзацыя дзяцей, моладзi i дарослых, без усялякiх абмежаванняў узросту, расы, пола i веравызнання. АБС было заснавана на традыцыях сусветнага скаўцкага руху i Аб`яднання Беларускiх Скаўтаў за мяжой (АБСМ) (1945-1951, Нямеччына). Аб`яднанне Беларускiх Скаўтаў было заснавана ў 1991 невялiкай групай людзей з розных гарадоў. Першы з`езд новай арганiзацыi быў у сакавiку 1992 i АБС было афiцыйна зарэгiстравана ў жнiўнi, 1992 Мiнiстэрствам Юстыцыi Рэспублiкi Беларусь як рэспублiканская арганiзацыя. Асноўная мэта нашай арганизацыi - дапамога малодшаму пакаленню ў iнтэлектуальным, грамадскiм i фiзiчнам развiццi; у духоўным развiццi на аснове хрысцiянскай маралi i iнтэграцыя ў Сусветную Скаўцкую Арганiзацыю.
