Red links on dab pages edit

Disambiguation pages are not indexes of every possible use of a term; they are indexes to Wikipedia articles. And dab pages are not themselves articles, so they are not subject to notability requirements, referencing, etc. So the Manual of Style for disambiguation pages requires that red-linked entries must include a blue link to an article that also includes the red link. On this page for example, Beautiful People (manga) is also linked in the article for its author, Mitsukazu Mihara. Currently, the only article that links to Beautiful People (band) is Reading and Leeds Festivals line-ups, so we could include the entry:

But there is no supporting information about the band, as far as I can tell, in any other article. Is the one at the music festival even the same one that performs reworked Hendrix songs? My best advice is to create (or, in this case, re-create) an article for the band. To prevent the article being deleted again, it should include factual reasons why the band is notable (albums released, international tours, chart appearances, etc.).--ShelfSkewed Talk 21:47, 28 April 2009 (UTC)Reply
