Some comments:

• 'Citation needed' for these two portion:
  • This station was overhauled in the late 1970s. If possible specify the date.
  • Prior to the 2017 renovation, the entrance was exit-only. Remove this part or specify the source.

• 'entirely closed for several months' do specify how many months

• for ref 15, pls specify which page of the pdf is refrenced.

• 'The award for Package 1...' shouldn't award be contract?

Issues have been addressed, recent edits do not defer the stability of the article, passing.
