Come on Columbia University and America where's the Barry Ulanov image edit

Could someone connected to Columbia University please provide a portrait of Barry Ulanov. If that's not possible could someone at the University please contact his family or someone in the NY Jazz scene to see if they could provide one. It would be really nice to have an image for the article.

My username is below and if you place an image at Creative Commons then please leave a note on my Talk Page and I'll come and add it to the article.

Mary Lou Williams Baptism Certificate edit

Just in case future editors need to check the ref. The linked ref at Rutgers is part of an extensive Mary Lou Williams collection. The page that has the image has a left to right scroll design so the Baptism certificate is only visible after you scroll right. This is such an unusual step to take in the vertical scrolling web world we live in that I thought I'd point out the problem before anyone removes the ref because they can't see the certificate. Scroll right to see Baptism Certificate and Barry and Joan Ulanov's signatures as co-sponsors (essentially making them godfather and godmother respectively).

Author on a wide range of subjects - opening sentences ideas edit

I'm not exactly sure how to list his important achievements. He wrote biographies, christian works, studies, jazz articles and probably a lot of other things. His association with Jazz in New York during the 1950s is self-evident but if he lectured and taught then that makes it more difficult to just categorize him as purely a "jazz" figure. Maybe the opening needs to reflect his wide interests and writings.

We'll see what happens as we go along. Maybe some other editor has an interest in this article. It hasn't received much attention so who knows - 1 in a 4 million chance of finding it unless you're a jazz head, lucky or edit history curious. After all Wikipedia is a collaborative effort of individuals who tackle subjects and articles they enjoy. The question then becomes what do you do with an editor whose interests revolves around what other editors do regardless of the article's worth to their own intellectual enrichment.
