How can this be both a bootleg and an official release? -Tubby

Might Baron von Bullshit be a Reference to Baron von Münchhausen, and should this be noted? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.181.221.127 (talk) 06:19, 11 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

MMIV edit

I'm afraid I don't understand. How is it obvious that "MMIV" is the initials of the band with the number of the CD? I mean, "MM" is obvious, but how is this CD associated with the number 4? It is more painfully obvious that MMIV represents the year 2004. What information is missing? Oh, and is there a reference for this information, or is it just original research? --  timc  talk   00:20, 21 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

Yeah, that's ridiculous. I've removed it. 74.78.118.77 (talk) 14:11, 7 June 2009 (UTC)Reply

Fair use rationale for Image:BaronVonBullshitAlbumCover.jpg edit

Image:BaronVonBullshitAlbumCover.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

The Love Bug edit

Have added this just now:

"It's possible that when Brock mentions the 'love bug' he is referring to Herbie, the anthropomorphic Volkswagen Beetle of Disney cinema fame (The Love Bug). The iconic little car is displayed at Disney's All-Star Movies Resort, which is located in Orlando, Florida. This would explain the 'natural habitat' reference, although it is unclear how hearing 'Free Bird' might kill Herbie."

Any thoughts? I don't want to step on any toes with this. I have references for the facts (at least two of the pages above mention the car being at the ASMR), the only part that isn't referenced is my opinion on the 'love bug' thing. But I think it makes sense. Program9 (talk) 20:10, 14 November 2009 (UTC)Reply

Have added it again because someone removed it for no reason. James Heslin (talk) 20:50, 18 November 2009 (UTC)Reply

He's probably not referring to Herbie. Florida is also the 'natural habitat' of the lovebug - an actual bug. Being from Florida I can tell you they're friggin' everywhere and it makes more sense that that's what he's referencing rather than the Volkswagen. runfromfire Runfromfire (talk) 00:10, 4 February 2010 (UTC)Reply

Fair enough. Noted. It occurred to me at one point, and research suggested I might be right. Didn't think of an actual bug. :) (Anyway, have just looked it up, and remembered the other reason I was thinking Herbie; just how 'adorable...cute' is the real-life lovebug? Urgh. :D) James Heslin (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 20:50, 25 March 2010 (UTC).Reply

Baron on Bullshit vs Baron von Bull**** edit

Why is the title uncensored, but in the introductory text shit is censored?
