Untitled edit

A Google search finds references to an Attaché Magazine article describing Barberton chicken in their March 2003 edition. This article is no longer available on the internet. If anyone has access to this particular publication or can provide information about the article (content, what page numbers the article appears on), please let me know. --Perceptorii

The following Google link contains a cached version of said article: http://www.google.com/search?q=cache:pLHvx3NXAfkJ:www.attachemag.com/archives/03-03/passions/passions2.html+barberton+chicken&hl=en&gl=us&ct=clnk&cd=6&client=firefox-a --drewpdoane

Another find: a review of a restaurant in northwest Indiana called "Teibel's". One of its main attractions is its fried chicken, which is described as having "more than a passing resemblance to Barberton chicken". While this article doesn't qualify as a reference, it is an indication that Barberton chicken is a known quantity outside of Barberton. The review is here. --Perceptorii

Hot Sauce or Hot Rice? edit

In the picture, is that hot sauce (salsa) or the hot rice mentioned in the article? 69.94.165.235 (talk) 16:48, 11 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

  • Both. The hot rice is known locally as "hot sauce". Perceptorii (talk) 23:40, 30 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

Barberton chicken is always FRESH, never frozen. Not the the other way around as presented in the article.Dbrown1447 (talk) 00:57, 6 March 2010 (UTC)Reply

== Start-class == This is a decent article at the moment, with a picture that makes me wish I was in Barberton. I would probably look at getting one or two more pictures, perhaps, that show the plate in a very nice light and background. It would be a good idea to get more than 2 sources. Right now, it's got great footnotes and references in all the right places, but it's not very good that it's coming from only two sources. Hope these comments help!
