Don't know what you were referring to, since you didn't say, but I did remove the coordinates buried in the body of the article, which pointed to the wrong Barasat (specifically, Dakshin Barasat). None are needed in the body of the article since the coordinates in the infobox and at the top of the page appear to be correct, so I simply removed the incorrect coords rather than correcting them. — TransporterMan (TALK) 15:06, 23 November 2011 (UTC)

Kolkata

Kolkata City indicates the total area covered by Kolkata Municipal Corporation & Kolkata Police simultaneously. Dum Dum, Salt Lake, New Town, Barasat are in Kolkata Metropolitan Area/ Greater Kolkata only. Though they have pincodes of Kolkata, they have individual municipalities and police commissionerate also. Soumo Dutt 06:04, 29 June 2019 (UTC)
