What's wrong? 52% of peasants from Monoštor say - Croats. There's no "Šokci" section. Disputes about Šokci matter must be discussed at other article. Kamarad Walter 12:09, 28 August 2007 (UTC)
- Šokci article clearly say that Šokci could be both: separate ethnicity and subgroup of Croats. This is traditional Šokac village and the fact that its inhabitants declare themselves as Croats does not mean that they are not Šokci (in this case they are seen as subgroup of Croats, of course). What is this suppose to mean? Does that mean that we can write that "first inhabitants of Kragujevac were Šumadinci who spoke ekavian dialect" (in order to avoid the use of term "Serb", just like you do to avoid the use of term "Croat")? Kamarad Walter 15:11, 20 September 2007 (UTC)
Croatian name edit
User:IvanOS removed alternative Croatian name and I do not see valid reason for that. If current official name used in Croatian is Monoštor, Croats certainly used name Bački Monoštor before name Monoštor was officially adopted and I see no reason why this other name cannot be mentioned.
